Agreement

By creating an account, downloading or using LASTFX software ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Software for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software you have a valid trial or license for, on the number of active devices stated on your license, for your own professional or personal work, including client work.

You may not copy, sell, sub-license, rent, redistribute or share the Software or license keys; remove or bypass license checks; or reverse engineer the Software except where the law expressly allows it.

Free trial

The free trial includes every feature and runs for the period shown on the pricing page from the moment you start it. The length is determined by our server. When it ends the Software stops applying its effect and shows a LASTFX watermark on the picture until you activate a license. We do not charge you automatically. One trial per plug-in is available per account and per device.

Purchases

Prices, the number of activations, the update policy and the support period are shown before you pay and are recorded with your order. Purchases are one-time payments unless the pricing page says otherwise. Payment is handled by our payment provider. A license takes effect when payment is confirmed.

Updates and support

Updates and email support are provided as stated for your license on the pricing page. We may release new major versions as separate products.

Revocation

We may revoke a license that was obtained by fraud, refunded, charged back, or used in breach of these terms. We will tell you why. Deactivating a device from your account frees its activation.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". We test it carefully but cannot promise it is free of errors or suitable for every workflow; keep backups of your projects. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

DaVinci Resolve is a trademark of Blackmagic Design Pty Ltd. LASTFX is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Blackmagic Design.
